Patch Note 0.45

- Introduced a Friendship System:
Users can now add and manage friends, including the ability to accept or reject friend requests.

- Implemented an Alert System:
Users will receive notifications for incoming friend requests and new chat messages.

- Resolved various bugs across the website to improve overall functionality.
